  • Can I cancel my order?

    As stated in our general terms, it is not possible to cancel after you have confirmed the order. We accept neither cancellation nor reimbursement. The cooling-off period of seven working days in accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act (Wet koop op afstand) does not apply, in connection with the nature of the product. Article 7.1.9A.4 excludes dissolution of the Agreement if it comprises leisure activities and if it had been concluded for a particular day.

    On what days can I enter the circuit?

    When you purchase tickets bearing the words "Fri-Sun" this means that you have admittance to the circuit and to your reserved grandstand or standing position on the days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets bearing the description "Sun" give admittance on Sunday-only.

    Can I reserve specific seat numbers?

    Unfortunately it is impossible for us to reserve specific seat numbers for you in advance. As an official ticket agent we are entirely depending on the promoters of the circuit for our allocation of tickets. We know our seat allocation when the circuit releases the tickets. If you have a strong preference, please inform us by email and we will do our utmost to fulfill your wishes.

    Can I bring my child(ren) to the Grand Prix?

    Yes, you are allowed to bring your children. During the MotoGP of Valencia, children under the age of 6 will have free access, as long as they do not need their own seat. The child will then be sitting on the parent’s lap. Child tickets are available for children from 6 to 12 years of age. Above the age of 12, children will need a valid adult ticket. We do recommend earplugs or head phones to protect your child from permanent hearing impairment.

    Where can I park my car?

    Parking is for free. First come first serve.

    I am disabled. Can I enter the track?

    The disabled person and one companion have free access to a special terrace next to the boxes grandstand. The disabled person must be wheelchair bound. Please send us a copy of the official credential of disability and the medical report that informs us about the kind of disability and we will be able to reserve you a ticket.

    When will I receive my tickets?

    We will always send out the tickets as soon as we can. It depends on when you ordered your tickets. The last shipments we send out usually take place in the last week before the event.

    Can I change my delivery address?

    Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address. Please send an email to our Sales and Support team in which you mention your order number and the amended address. Please note that we can only change your address when your tickets have not been shipped yet. In general we start shipping three weeks before the race. If you want to change your address, please proceed as soon as possible to avoid shipment delays.

    Do I need to be at home or sign for the tickets?

    Yes. UPS delivers during office hours. Someone, not necessarily you, needs to sign for the tickets. It is a good idea to use your office address as delivery address, since someone is bound to be available to sign for the tickets.

    I will be travelling prior to the race. Can I pick up the tickets at the gate?

    For this event it is not possible to pick up your tickets at the gate. If you are travelling in the two weeks before the event, we kindly recommend you to contact our Sales and Support Center. Our agents are more than willing to find you a suitable solution. UPS delivers worldwide, which enable us to ship your tickets directly abroad (hotel, camp site, family). Our agents will make a note of your itinerary, so that you can rest assured you will receive your tickets on time, at the correct address.     How much is the delivery cost?

    We charge a delivery fee of 25 EURO for delivery worldwide. Check our Delivery Information for more details.

    What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment by credit card, Maestro, PayPal and bank transfers. Please check our Payment Information for more details.

  • Delivery terms Moto-Valencia.es

    You will receive your tickets for the MotoGP of Valencia as soon as possible, but this can be as late as 7-10 days before the race. The tickets will only be released 3-4 weeks prior to the event. This means we will not be able to ship your tickets any earlier. If these delivery terms interfere with your travel plans, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

    Please note that the above mentioned term is an average. Tickets ordered early usually get shipped sooner, but we depend on the official promoter. However, you can rest assured that as soon as tickets are in, we will ship them to you with UPS.

    Delivery terms UPS

    We ship all our tickets with UPS. Next day delivery is assured for most parts of Western Europe. For the Channel Islands, the rest of Europe and the US/Canada it takes two working days. All other destinations take between 3-5 working days. These terms are indications and no rights can be reserved on the basis of this.

    Track and Trace of your package

    As soon as your tickets have been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email by UPS with the so called tracking number. With this tracking number you can trace your parcel online through the website of UPS, www.ups.com. You simply fill in your tracking number and the actual status of your package will appear. You can also find the estimated delivery date here.

    Registered mail, signature required

    Please note that someone has to sign to receive the parcel from UPS. Therefore we kindly ask you to provide us with a shipping address where someone is available during working hours, for example the address of the office where you work.

    When you are not at home at the moment of delivery

    To deliver your tickets, someone needs to be available on the shipping address you provided us with to sign for the actual parcel. Please note that this does not necessarily have to be you (as long as it’s an adult). After two failed delivery attempts, UPS will leave a note with the local phone number and the message that the courier will try one last time the next business day. With this note you can call your local UPS office to make the necessary arrangements to reschedule the delivery.

    Please note that after a third delivery attempt and without any message from you, your tickets will be returned to The Ticket Enterprise office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We can reship your tickets, but only when you pay your shipping fee (EUR 25) again. If this situation occurs, The Ticket Enterprise cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries, not even when tickets will then arrive after the official race date.

    Shipping costs

    You will pay a flat fee of EUR 25 per order. This is registered mail by UPS.

  • Moto-Valencia.es offers you the possibility to pay your tickets directly online with credit card, Paypal or Maestro. As offline payment method we offer you payment by bank transfer. Please find below extended information on all mentioned payment methods.

    Online payment

    Moto-Valencia.es accepts the following online payment methods: credit card, Paypal, Maestro. Please note that we will charge a payment fee, depending on the method you choose:

    Using your credit card / Maestro or Paypal account is easy. In the payment selection screen you select the payment option of your preference. The billing address should be the address where you receive your (credit card) statement. After you have checked your order you will be taken to the payment interface. This interface is hosted by Ogone and there you will need to enter the required details to complete your payment. All necessary information is explained in the Ogone screen.

    We use a secure server for all payments to minimize the chance of (credit card) fraud. For further information on security and privacy please read our Security and Privacy section.

    Offline payment

    If you do not own a credit card or if you would rather not use it online we do also offer the possibility of payment by bank transfer. Just complete your order and select the bank transfer option in the payment selection screen. We will then send you payment instructions by email within 24 hours (during business hours only). From the moment you send in your order we will reserve your tickets for 8 (business) days. Failure to transfer the amount to our account in that time frame will result in the order being cancelled without notice.
